LNU & Urban Design & Development
“LNU: What does it look like & how do you build it?”

Date: April 23, 2004
Location: City of San Fernando, Council Chambers

The second series event will address the process by which LNU-type developments may happen. Because securing the support from local governments and residents is crucial to creating these projects, successful case studies will be discussed at the event. Different development models such as “sprawl” and “livable Latino communities” will be evaluated. The contrasts between these options will be examined to determine if LNU can become a mainstream development approach.
