The focus of the first series event is on the needs and opportunities specific to Latino transportation and mobility patterns. A distinguished panel of transportation and planning experts (listed below) will discuss: transit-oriented development, alternatives to auto-oriented design (e.g. bike/pedestrian paths), and the true cost to communities of certain modes of transportation.
